Are you organised, compassionate and committed to supporting young people to succeed? We are seeking a highly organised and dedicated Attendance & Pastoral Administrator to join our team on a temporary basis until the end of the academic year. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running of attendance systems and contributing to the wellbeing and safeguarding of our students. Working closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams, you will help ensure that all students are accounted for, supported, and able to fully engage in their education. The role will also include carrying out safe and well checks where necessary.
The successful applicant will have strong administrative and organisational skills and be a confident communicator, both written and verbal. You will need to be able to deal with sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism and have a good understanding of safeguarding and student welfare.
The environment is diverse and fast changing, so it is important that you are able to manage a varied workload, work independently and to tight deadlines and be willing to carry out safe and well checks, including potential home visits.
With 700 students on roll, our school is at the heart of the local community, serving families in Ibstock and the surrounding villages of North-West Leicestershire.
