ASSISTANT SWIMMING TEACHER

(SATURDAYS)

10:00 – 12:00

Grade 4, Point 6 - £14.30 per hour (enhanced rate)

 Zero hours contract

Commencing as soon as possible

Are you interested in helping others learn to swim? We are looking for a friendly, motivated Assistant Swimming Instructor to support our Learn To Swim Scheme and help deliver high-quality, fun and safe swimming lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist lead instructors in delivering structured swim lessons

• Support students in and out of the water with technique and confidence

• Help manage class safety, behaviour and engagement

• Set up and pack down pool equipment before and after classes

• Provide encouragement, guidance and a positive experience for all participants

What We’re Looking For:

• Enthusiasm for swimming and teaching

• Great communication skills and a friendly attitude

• Ability to work with children and beginners of all ages

• Willingness to learn and take direction from lead instructors

• Swimming Teacher Assistant qualification (or willingness to obtain)
